Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Because we work with trusted supplier partners through Shopify Collective, your order is shipped directly from our suppliers. This allows us to offer high-quality products, but processing times may occasionally vary slightly depending on inventory and location.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping
We ship to select countries using reliable carriers such as USPS and DHL.
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Express International: 5–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Domestic Shipping: Flat rate or calculated at checkout
- Express Domestic Shipping: Calculated at checkout
- International Shipping (USPS/DHL): Calculated at checkout based on destination
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — be sure to check our homepage for current offers.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- 27 International Countries (as available at checkout)
If your country is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your email.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at:

- Photos (for damaged items)
- Description of the issue
We will work quickly with our suppliers and shipping partners to resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement or refund.
